Crockett Farm on Whidbey Island
Located on beautiful Whidbey Island, in a picturesque setting on Ebey's Reserve in Coupeville. Crockett Farm is an historic, 11 acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large reception barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests, with rooms for bride & groom to get ready.

Venue PricinG
We host weddings at Crockett Farm from May through October, and it is for a 1 full day rental at Crockett Farm (Saturday or Sunday).
Our package at Crockett Farm includes all setup, breakdown, wedding coordination, tables, and chairs, we are very hands-on! We like our couples to relax on their special day and let us take care of all the hard work. The venue has a great spacious, barn space, an intimate cocktail area in the lower barn, and a gorgeous water view from the ceremony site.
Off-Season 2025 Rates (May & October):
Saturday: $6500 plus tax. Sunday: $5500 plus tax.
Peak Season 2025 Rates (June-September):
Saturday: $8000 plus tax. Sunday: $6500 plus tax.
Guesthouse: Located on the farm grounds.
2-night stay: $1500 plus tax (sleeps up to 12 guests).
* Priority booking for Saturday weddings.
In 2025, the Guesthouse is required for Saturday weddings.
Package Includes
Exclusive Venue Access: 1 full day (12:00 pm-10:00 pm)
Rehearsal Access: Access to Crockett Farm for a coordinated rehearsal (1 hour) on Thursday.
Wedding Coordination: Coordination of all vendors (caterer, photographer, cake, band, etc.). Day-of coordination from vendor arrival, first look, overseeing the ceremony, and reception to departure of bride and groom.
Furniture and Decor: Round tables (60 inches) for reception. White wood padded folding chairs for ceremony and reception. String lights inside. Bistro chairs and tables will be set up throughout the venue. Lawn games (bocce, bean bag toss, ladder golf, and giant Jenga).
Rehearsal Access: Access to Crockett Farm for a coordinated rehearsal (1 hour) on Thursday.
Parking: Provided for 200 guests.
Dedicated Staff: Ensures everything runs as planned on the day of the event.
Catering
Must have a licensed professional caterer. Preferred vendor list available. Open to food trucks (check with us before booking).
Bartenders
Must have 2 licensed bartenders ($550 each, provided by us, not included). Ice is included with the service. You can bring your own alcohol (with NO corkage fee).
Permits and Insurance
Banquet permit: $10 (no corkage fee).
Liability insurance: Approximately $175.
Optional Extras
Mismatched china or white china and barware/glassware (additional fee).
Floral package (additional fee).
Entertainment
Entertainment is allowed but not included in the venue package. DJ or live band are both permitted at Crockett Farms.
Noise Ordinance
Island County noise ordinance at 10:00 pm; all guests and vendors must be off the farm by this time.
