 Crockett Farm on Whidbey Island

Located on beautiful Whidbey Island, in a picturesque setting on Ebey's Reserve in Coupeville. Crockett Farm is an historic, 11 acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large reception barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests, with rooms for bride & groom to get ready.​


The most we can accommodate at Crockett Farm is 200 guests, we host weddings at Crockett Farm from May through October, and it is for a 1 full day rental at Crockett Farm (Saturday or Sunday).

Our package at Crockett Farm includes all set up, break down, wedding coordination, tables, and chairs, we are very hands on! We like our couples to relax on their special day and let us take care of all the hard work.

Crockett Farm has really great spacious, barn space, an intimate cocktail area in the lower barn and a gorgeous water view from the ceremony site. 

The off season 2023 rate for May & October is $6500 plus tax for a Saturday or $5500 plus tax for a Sunday, the 2023 rate for June-September is $8000 plus tax for a Saturday or $6500 plus tax for a Sunday (round tables, reception chairs and ceremony chairs are included). There is a guesthouse located on the farm grounds, 2 nights stay is $1750 plus tax, it sleeps up to 12 guests. Saturday wedding gets priority booking for the guesthouse.

Fee includes:

  • Access to Crockett Farm grounds for 1 full day (12:00pm-10:00pm)

  • Access to Crockett Farm for coordinated rehearsal (1 hour) on Thursday

  • Wedding coordination to include: wedding coordinator and team for coordination of all vendors involved in event such as caterer, photographer, cake, band, etc.

  • Day-of coordination from vendor arrival and first look to overseeing ceremony, reception to departure of bride and groom.

  • Round tables (60 inch) for reception 

  • White wood padded folding chairs for ceremony and reception 

  • String lights inside 

  • Bistro chairs and tables set up through out venue 

  • Lawn games (bocce, bean bag toss, ladder golf and giant Jenga)

  • All set-up/break-down of the venue (including all tables and chairs, guest sign in area tables, etc. and general clean-up)

  • Parking (parking provided for 200 guests

  • Dedicated staff for day of to ensure everything runs as planned!

Here are a few more details:

  • You must have a licensed professional caterer, we prefer to work with caterers who are familiar with the farm, we provide a preferred vendor list once our couples book, but we are open to food trucks, etc. please check with us first before booking

  • You must have 2 licensed bartenders $550 each (provided by us, not included in the venue fee), you can bring in your own alcohol

  • You must have a banquet permit ($10), there is NO corkage fee

  • You must have liabiliy insurance, approximately $175

  • Use of our mismatched china or white china and barware/glassware is an additional fee.

  • Floral package is an additional fee.

  • You are allowed to have a DJ or live band.

  • There is a noise ordinance in Island County at 10:00pm so we have to be finished by this time, and everyone (guests and vendors) must be off the farm.
